A ray of Light peeking through the clouds
Knowing all that is wrong will be made right
A soul beating
A heart mending
Be still, Hope is coming
Hang tight

As a therapist, I am able to witness the journey of a human heart as it embraces hope.
Reminds me of a time where a family member sprained her ankle that required crutches. There was no way we could rush the healing no matter how badly she wanted to walk on her own. She needed to trust that her body would heal with time.
I find a similar parallel to our emotional and relational lives. When there is a “sprain”, “fracture” or even an “amputation” – there can be hope. The process may call for courage and a willingness to trust.
